I'm a Psychic
I haven't blogged in ages, but a recent conversation made me want to do it again. So I revisited this long abandoned page and was reading my last post, and what do ya know? I was right. Last year came and went, and all of the soon to be seniors (like in two weeks) are feeling really sad that they didn't graduate early like me. I even got a couple of apologies. Was it hard? Yep. The hardest thing I'd ever done in my 17 years of experience, but totally worth it. I'm so glad to be done. So good luck to everyone who called me crazy, cause I'm pretty sure karma is real and this next year is going to be great! (Imagine sarcasm using from the last part of that sentence.)

Life
I'm pretty sure that no one is going to read this except for me, so if you happen to tumble upon this by accident than you should consider yourself lucky. Life has been changing pretty quickly lately, especially concerning school. I am going to graduate a year early, and after hearing all the stupid remarks, from almost everyone but my family, I am finally tired of it. I didn't take to kindly to it at first, but now its even worse. So I just want you to know that if someone decides to do something that you think is stupid remember that they might have put more thought into it than you think, and that just because you think its stupid doesn't mean it is. (Just a thought to remember) I would be more willing to listen to these people if they were actually concerned for me, but the truth is they just want to tell me what an idiot I am. So next year when I'm graduated and all the people in my class are wishing they had done the same thing because they're tired of highschool, I'm going to laugh. And I hope they remember what jerks they were someday when my life is so much better than theirs because of my decision. Sorry this was mostly a rant session, so I'm sorry if you actually took the time to read it.

Finals
The one day my body decides to get sick, is finals. In fact I have finals all week and I'm just getting worse by the minute. At the moment I can hardly talk (which happens to be a problem considering I have an oral exam in Spanish tomorrow.) I have a fever and my eyes keep watering. Of course everyone assumes I'm crying, but in reality I'm just wishing the bell would ring. On the bright side this is the last week of school, and then it's summer!!!!!!!!!! Yay! Well have a great day today.

Dissapointment
Well the track meet got cancelled, but... no one decided to tell me. So I show up, and no one, I mean no one is there. Confused and rushed my mom just drops me off at my Dad's office while she's goes to the dentist. Garrett finally calls and I tell him to come pick me up. But he went to a friends house instead and turned off his phone so I couldn't call him. So after a few hours of boredom and twiddling my thumbs I finally got home and slept the rest of the day.
P.S. I actually cleaned my room for once, in between naps.

Still Waiting For Spanish
Ya today is pretty much a really bad day. Why can't school be over?! I know why! Because no one likes you! Thank you Maxwell I really needed you to tell me that. Anyway... tomorrow should be a good day. I get to see all of my Centauri friends in track. Some of them probably don't want to see me but I'm coming anyway. And Garrett has school and I don't, so that's a plus.
Doin Nothin
Well I'm just sitting in an empty classroom waiting for the bell to ring. Actually its not exactly empty, there's a girl awkwardly sitting a few desks away from me. She keeps looking at me and then texting. Yep, congratulations I'm smart enough to figure out that she is probably telling her friends how weird I am. FYI, I never liked you anyway and I just want school to be over. So stop smirking at me before I go over there and smack that smirk off your face. JOKES! I'm only going to pretend to do it in my mind, over and over and over and over and over...(two years later), and over again.

Drivers ED
I finally decided to start drivers ED, and I've decided that...
- Driving is scary
- I'm never going to pass my test
- It is WAY expensive just to sit at the computer and be bored
- I started really late so now everyone is going to have a license before me.

Happy Birthday to Me!!!!
Well... It was my birthday last friday. No big deal :) It was kind of weird walking down the hallway without people saying Happy Birthday! I mean usually it gets annoying but no one knew. I also made the best birthday cake in the world. It was choclate fudge cake with whipped cream and strawberries. It was pretty good. I don't have pictures right now but I will later.

Normal Fact #1: I realized that I love Cheez It's. They're all good but my favorite is Hot n' Spicy. (Thanks Lani for sharing them with me.) :) :)

So my dear friends if you haven't read the post Freaky Monday which was yesterday's post. Then you need to stop reading right now. HELLO I told you to STOP. If you are still reading this and you haven't read yesterday's post you have some obedience issues, but anyway it really doesn't effect me it effects you. So if you would like to enjoy this story read yesterday's post first.

Freaky Monday?
Today was an interesting day at school. Um... I guess interesting isn't the right word. Try SCARY!!!! So we're in the middle of History when the principal comes on the intercom "Teachers and Students sorry for the interuption. All teachers check your email at this time." CLICK. Well that was kind of weird. So I said, (jokingly) guys what if we're in a lock down. The teacher goes locks the door and keeps going on with the lesson.
Colby: Mr. Coen can I go to the bathroom?
Mr. Coen: No
Colby: Why not?
Mr. Coen: Because we're in a lock down.
Instant carma (which seems to only happen to me.)
Ooookay but we're going to keep learning about the 40 major countries in the world? That seems suspicious, BUT our teacher won't say anything else. Rinnng Rinnnng. We all kind of hesitated at the bell.
Me: Are we supposed to go to our next class?
Mr. Coen: I don't know.
Principal on intercom: Go ahead and go to your next class.
Now in English
Me: Am I allowed to go to my locker?
Substitute: Ya but only one person at a time. Go ahead.
So I go down to my locker grab my book (which I had forgoten.) and start going back to class.
Principal: What are you doing out in the halls?
Me: I was getting my book.
Principal: Well you need to go back to class right now. I'll go with you.
So the principal is awkwardly walking me to my English class and I'm wondering What on Earth is going on!!!!
Few minutes later...
Principal on intercom: Sorry for the interuption. Teachers check your email at this time, and we will have a regular lunch, if you are leaving the building, be carefull there is a lot of ice.
Now at Lunch
Me: Hey guys do you know what's going on?
Alyssa: Ya, apparently some guy was threatening the school. I think he was outside the building and made a phone call. But that's okay he's in custody now.
Umm... everyone is being so casual about this. Am I the only one who thinks that's a little bit freaky? But whatever, I guess life is moving on. (Hope that guy doesn't come back with a different plan.)

Just for Giggles
Joke of the day:
Who's the happiest man in the world?
Adam.
Why?
Because he doesn't have a mother-in-law.

Stressed
Finals this week.
I pray the day to go by fast,
and in my tests, not to be last,
And if my score should be a zero,
someone please send me a hero,
I hope my mind does not forget,
my Spanish words, ITS TIME TO FRET!!!
I'm starting to pull out my hair,
and give all my teachers a nasty glare,
why oh why must we test?
I really am starting to get stressed.
I hate math and spanish too,
geometry, science, and art 2,
But the worst of them all,
is personal fitness, it makes me bawl!
Ya I know its pretty stupid, but it's sooo true.

Back to School
At the beginning of this week when it was time to go back to school again I was soooo not ready. This was probably the best break I have ever had. (As far as relaxing goes.) My parents were working most of the time, so usually it was just Garrett and I. Without any big family projects going on and little to no obligations,(at least for me because basketball is very time consuming. That's why I didn't do it.) We did pretty much whatever we wanted. Which included playing Mario Party 9's "castle clear out," reading a whole series in a week, taking a lot of naps, and of course.... eating food. I wish I could have breaks like this more often.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!! It's been a little while since I've posted. Since it's been Christmas Break my days have consisted of sleeping in, reading, taking a nap, eating food, reading, playing Mario Party 9 with Garrett, reading, eating more food, and sleeping till the next day. I have stayed in my pajamas pretty much the whole time. Well today I decided I wanted to do something different. So I started by cleaning myself up and doing my hair and makeup. (This took a whole hour, because as you can imagine I looked pretty scary.) I started flipping through a cookbook looking for a pancake recipe when a stumbled upon a donut recipe. Well I have learned my lesson.
Don't ever make donuts unless you have someone helping you who knows what they're doing OR you're home alone and have enough time to hide the evidence and clean up the mess, (at least most of the mess.)
Well I had to call my sister-in-law with a few questions because the recipe was NOT clear enough. Then I realized the darn thing had to chill for 3 HOURS!!!! That is a long time to wait. Then when it was long past noon I tried to fry my donuts. At first the oil was too hot and kept splattering me so I have a few battle scars, (which unfortunately I lost the battle) The donuts were not cooking all the way through. So then I tried to bake them BIG MISTAKE. I won't go into any further detail other than Garrett's dog Katie is probably going to be REALLY REALLY REALLLLLLYYYY sick tomorrow. SHH..... its a secret he doesn't need to know. And as for the kitchen I had enough time to hide most of the mess before my mom got home.
CAUTION: Do not try this at home!!!
P.S. Just learn from my mistake. You'll be happier if you do.

Insane
I have decided that I am not driving to Utah with a screaming baby EVER again. Of course I had fun with my sisters, so Tomena don't be offended. Its not to be taken personally. The truth is I'd rather not go insane from a headache, (and lack of fresh air.) There was enough to worry about without him screaming. Take the G.P.S. for example. We were lost for about 2 hours. We knew that it was time to unplug the G.P.S. when it told us to turn, and there was no road. But overall it was not a bad trip. Especially when Lindor Truffles came to the rescue. The trip was almost perfect, except for a few things. Ben screaming...and the G.P.S. getting us lost...and the reason we were in Utah in the first place...and well, maybe the trip was farther from perfect than I thought. But I wouldn't trade spending time with my sisters and cousins for anything else.

Christmas
My favorite holiday of the year is Christmas. And its not because of the presents. I mean its a great bonus, and I love Christmas shopping. But its just the season and the feeling. My favorite memories happened in the Christmas season. I remember waking up in the middle of the night with my sisters and sitting in front of the heater listening to Bing Crosby while watching the Christmas lights blink. White, green, red, blue, and pink lights flashing in the dark of the night on our 10 foot tree. Yes my Dad loves to get the biggest tree that can fit in our house, and we usually had to cut a foot off to fit it in with a star on. We would all cram into our tiny pickup and duck when we saw a cop. When we stopped to get the ticket my dad would get the raspberry and orange jelly sticks covered in chocolate. I don't even know what they're called, but I remember loving them. Oh... who doesn't love sitting in a nice warm house cuddled up in a blanket reading an extremely good book, while sipping hot chocolate and watching the snow sprinkle (sometimes pour) onto the ground.
P.S. Stay tuned for more Christmas reminisces

Red
Well today has been a great day. It has also been a productive day. This morning I woke up kinda late but that's okay. I know you probably don't want to hear this but I'm very proud. I woke up, couldn't find Garrett anywhere. Which kind of scared me but then I realized he was at practice. Built a fire, cause it was freakin cold. Made apple cinnamon muffins, did dishes, and jammed out to the piano guys. The muffins came out just before Garrett got back from practice, which was Perfect!! :) Then I did some laundry, played a game with Garrett, and now I'm blogging while listening to Taylor Swifts new album Red. It's only 12:35 and I have the rest of the day pretty much to myself. I love Taylor Swift, but its not just because she came out with a really good album. I hate those people who love her because of one song and then when that song gets old they start bashing her. No I'm not like that at all, so if that thought ran through your head you were so very wrong. This is one of my favorite albums though, because I can relate to almost every song. It's like she knew what I was going through and wrote a song about all of my experiences. Especially "I almost do," "I knew you were trouble," and "Treacherous," If you haven't heard those songs you should. But that's pretty much all I have to say. So I hope your having a great day like me.
